Medserv is a New Zealand owned company originally started in 1997 and involved in the servicing of a wide range of medical equipment. Now, we also source innovative, high quality consumable products globally, primarily for ophthalmic surgery. Suppliers include Tecfen Medical USA and others

We provide superior technical service and support to a range of Cardiac Ultrasound, Peripheral Intervention, Urological and Ophthalmic lasers and diagnostic equipment, servicing and testing the devices to IEC 60601 & AS/NZS3551 standards.

Medserv also provides consultancy, training and applications support for a variety of innovative ophthalmic surgical equipment. With over 20-years’ experience selling, training and supporting this equipment, Medserv has the ability to tailor that knowledge to provide short-term specialised consultancy services.

Medserv enters into an agreement with OptiMed NZ Ltd to support their range of Ophthalmic surgical products in New Zealand.

May 2015 - ongoing

Medserv signed a consultancy agreement with Boston Scientific to provide technical service and support to the range of Boston Scientific Capital Equipment in New Zealand.

May 2015 - ongoing

Medserv entered in to an agreement to supply Tecfen Medical USA’s range Ophthalmic Surgical and Post Operative Products to the New Zealand market.
